Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-09-03

These terms are the agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("2GO", "we") for use of the 2GO apps and this website. By creating an account you accept them.

Please read section 6 in particular: 2GO is a platform that connects you with shops and other businesses. We are not the seller of the goods or services you buy from them.

1. Who can use 2GO

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

You may hold one account. Creating additional accounts to obtain extra free vouchers or referral rewards is a breach of these terms.

2. Your account

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Tell us promptly at [support@2go-eg.com] if you believe someone else has accessed it.

The information you give us must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.

3. Vouchers and redemption

A voucher entitles you to the stated discount at the stated vendor, subject to the conditions shown on the offer.

To redeem, you show a code generated in the app to the vendor's staff. That code is valid for a short period only. A code that expires before it is accepted has not been used, and does not count against your allowance.

Vouchers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another person.

An offer may be limited in number or by date. When an offer runs out or expires, it stops being available, even if you saved it earlier.

4. Free allowance and subscriptions

New accounts receive a free allowance of vouchers. This allowance is per person, not per account, and is not renewed.

Subscriptions give a larger allowance for a recurring fee. The current price and what it includes are shown in the app before you buy.

Subscriptions are sold and charged through Apple's App Store or Google Play, under their terms. Renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by them — manage your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to obtain vouchers you are not entitled to, including by creating multiple accounts, manipulating the referral scheme, or interfering with how redemption codes are generated.

Do not use 2GO to harass anyone, including vendor staff in chat.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to disrupt them.

6. The role of vendors

2GO lists offers made by independent businesses. The contract for whatever you buy is between you and that business.

The vendor is responsible for the goods and services it provides, for honouring a valid voucher, and for the accuracy of what it tells us about its offer.

If a vendor refuses a valid voucher, tell us — we will take it up with them. But we cannot force a vendor to serve you, and we are not liable for the quality of what you buy.

7. Content you post

You keep ownership of reviews, messages and photographs you submit. You give us permission to display them within 2GO for the purpose of running the service.

Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaches this, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

8. Suspending or closing an account

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

You may stop using 2GO at any time. To close your account and have your data erased, contact [privacy@2go-eg.com] — see the Privacy Policy for how we handle that request.

9. Availability

We aim to keep 2GO running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and will give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of vendors, nor for indirect or consequential loss.

⚠️ PLACEHOLDER — REVIEW BEFORE PUBLICATION: any cap on liability must be reviewed against Egyptian and UAE consumer protection law, which restricts how far a business may limit its liability to a consumer.

11. Governing law and disputes

⚠️ PLACEHOLDER — REPLACE BEFORE PUBLICATION: state the governing law and the courts or arbitration forum that will hear disputes. Because 2GO operates in both Egypt and the UAE, take advice on whether one clause can cover both, and note that consumer protection rules in each country may override a choice of law for consumers resident there.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use 2GO after that means you accept the updated terms.
